GRIEF COUNSELING

I gained my experience and knowledge about grief through my work with the elderly, owning care homes, as well as my training at hospice.

Often people associate grief with death. This is one form of grief. Grief really is the experience of feelings around change. This could be a loss of a person, pet, marriage, health, children moving, an expectation one has to let go of, etc. It comes in multiple forms.

Feelings and change.

We all know change is hard. I have witnessed my whole life, through my life experience, and now in my work, that the greatest growth comes from learning about oneself, as we adjust and overcome difficult feelings. Grief pushes us to show up for ourselves. It demands we show resilience, and come out stronger, braver and more confident. I am honored to hold people through this process. I create a safe space to allow one to hurt and be scared, until they blossom.

I will guide you through this and be with you as you reach the other side. This I promise you.
